Emails MonstarX sends you

In shortMonstarX only emails you about things that matter to your account — your plan starting, changing, being cancelled or ending; domains about to expire (45, 30 and 5 days before); projects shared with you or handed over; comments on your previews; support replies; and your account being deleted. Sign-in codes and password resets come from the sign-in provider, and payment receipts from Stripe.

MonstarX keeps email to a minimum: it writes when something changes about your account, your plan, your domains or your projects. Emails about your account, plan, domains and projects are written in your language, and replying to any of them reaches the support team at support@monstarx.com.

The new-subscription email lists your plan, price, renewal date and limits. The upgrade and downgrade emails show before and after, and what the change costs or credits. The cancellation email says until when you keep your plan, what stays (your apps, data, published apps, domains) and what changes.

  • Signing in — verification codes, password resets, email-address changes and new-device notices come from MonstarX’s sign-in provider.
  • Payments — receipts and failed-payment emails come from Stripe.

MonstarX does not send a welcome email when you sign up.

No. There are no email preferences, because every email is about your account, a payment, a domain or a project someone shared with you. A comment email only goes out when a project’s comments have been quiet for 15 minutes. For build updates, use notifications instead — they are not sent by email.

Will MonstarX email me when a build is done?

No — build updates come as notifications on your phone or computer. Turn them on in Settings → Notifications.

Where do payment receipts come from?

From Stripe. You can also download every invoice from Settings → Plan & billing.

Can I reply to MonstarX emails?

Yes. Replies go to support@monstarx.com. For an open support ticket, reply on the ticket in Support so the conversation stays together.

I did not get my domain reminder. Can I check when my domain expires?

Yes. Settings → Domains lists every domain with its expiry date and a Renew button.
