Zoho CRM is a customer relationship manager — where a business keeps its contacts, leads and sales. Connect it to a project and MonstarX’s builder — the AI you chat with — can look at your real records while it works: build a sales dashboard around your deal stages, a lead form with the fields you already use, or add a contact when you ask.
This is a business tool: MonstarX uses your Zoho CRM for you. The app you build never gets your Zoho account.
What can MonstarX do with it?
Section titled “What can MonstarX do with it?”| What MonstarX can do | When |
|---|---|
| List records in Contacts, Leads, Deals or Accounts, 100 at a time | Any mode |
| Read one record from any of those four | Any mode |
| Create a contact with the fields you give | Only in Build mode, when you asked |
| Update a contact — change the fields you name | Only in Build mode, when you asked |
When it lists records it shows the main fields: name, email and phone for contacts; plus company for leads; name, stage, amount and closing date for deals; name, phone and website for accounts.
What it never does: delete records, or change leads, deals or accounts. Only contacts can be created or updated.

| “Look at my Zoho Leads and make the sign-up form ask for the same fields.” | It reads a page of leads and matches the form to them. |

Security and privacy
Section titled “Security and privacy”- Stays with MonstarX. Your Zoho sign-in is stored encrypted on MonstarX’s servers. It is never written into your app’s code or given to your app.
- One project. The connection works only in the project where you made it.
- Read as information. MonstarX treats what is in a record as information, never as instructions.
- Disconnect any time. Click Disconnect beside Zoho CRM in BackendCloud and confirm. MonstarX forgets the sign-in straight away. To remove its access in Zoho too, revoke it under Connected Apps in your Zoho account’s security settings.
