In shortStart with Troubleshooting for common problems and their fixes, or the FAQ for quick answers. Ask Luna, in the corner of MonstarX, answers questions about it. To report a bug, open Ask Luna and click Report a bug with screenshots; for anything else, open a ticket from Support in the menu under your name, or email support@monstarx.com.
Stuck, or something not working? This section helps you sort it out — and when it can’t, it shows you how to reach a person. For a quick answer while you work, Ask Luna — the helper in the bottom-right corner of MonstarX once you are signed in — knows MonstarX, can take you straight to the right screen, and is where you report a bug.
